Our History
Aykroyd Hardware store was founded by Arthur & Edith Aykroyd in 1954 as a retail hardware store serving the Lehigh Valley. In 1985, their grandson Peter Mickolay assumed ownership and with his father, Robert, moved the store to its current hardware store location in 1991. We have since expanded the tools, equipment and hardware products and services offered to our customers in Easton, Nazareth, Bath, and the Center Valley PA area. Over this time, we have become one of the most trusted local hardware stores in the region.
